Scheduled Sewing Events


Come and use our classroom to sew and socialize.

Cost: $ 10.00
If you are new to sewing and need help with a project or you have an old project you need help with, come on a Wednesday and Charlene will help you out. Please call to register at 780-532-2202.

Cost: $ 15.00
We want to give back to our community and need your help! Come and sew for charity with us. We’ll provide the project, material and snacks and you just come and sew and socialize.

Cost: $ FREE
Quilting Challenges

Up for a challenge? We have two hand quilts and two machine quilts picked out for you to try! Join for the cost of the pattern. When you join the challenge, you will receive 15% off your fabrics for the project. Work on the project throughout the year and then show us where you're at during our class wrap up retreat in May. Anyone who participates in the challenge will be eligible for extra prices!
 
We can't wait to see who is up for it and what you create!

Registration Policies


Register in person or by phone at (780) 532-2202. Payment must be made at this time. Visa or Master card accepted. Classes fill on a first come basis. There are NO refunds on registration fees. If there is insufficient registration, classes will be cancelled one week prior to class date and a full refund will be issued.
Materials/preparation sheets must be picked up well ahead of class. Cotton Candy Quilts & Sewing's quality fabric and notions are preferred, and you will receive 10% off all your class supplies. Prep and homework is required for some classes. A portable sewing machine is required for all classes. Please come with it in good working order.

Hand Sewing Circle

Join us and learn all about hand sewing including new techniques and methods. Everything from wool work, sashiko, English Paper Piecing, embroidery stitches and more.

Book Club

Read the “A Quilting Cozy” book series by Carol Jean Jones with us each month. “A Quilting Cozy” series presents a lively retirement community with quilts to be made and mysteries to be solved. Each book includes a free quilt pattern.
